- Verify Performer meters are not stuck at maximum, indicating no connection to SoundCaster, and are responsive to the streaming audio.
- Verify Performer device’s volume is turned all the way up.
- Verify Performer Master mute is disabled.
- Verify Performer Master volume is turned all the way up.
- Verify Performer Band and Me volumes are turned all the way up.
- Verify no instruments are in Solo mode on Performer.
- Verify no relevant instruments are in Mute mode on Performer.
- Verify earphones/headphones are functioning correctly and are connected well.
- Verify other Performers are playing audio OK.
- Verify SoundCaster has an input device selected and is receiving audio OK. Use Input Monitoring feature.
- Verify Performer connection is enabled in SoundCaster’s device panel.
